Executive Director (Part-Time)

Capital City Symphony seeks a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and strategic arts administration and development leader to serve as our next part-time Executive Director. Approximately 15 hours per week, $31,500 per year.

Capital City Symphony is a vibrant orchestra of approximately 75 volunteer musicians, based at the Atlas Performing Arts Center in the H Street Corridor. Under Artistic Director and Conductor Victoria Gau, CCS has earned a reputation for innovative, immersive programming that makes classical music more accessible to all.

The Executive Director serves as the administrative head of the organization — leading fundraising, marketing, finance, and operations in partnership with the Artistic Director and Board of Directors — while helping CCS realize its ambitious vision for growth.

We’re looking for someone with 10+ years of performing arts administration experience, a track record of growing fundraising and individual giving, and strong financial and organizational skills.
