Dues are $100 a season. Payment plans and scholarships are available depending on need.

AUDITIONS
We're currently seeking the following for our 2026–2027 season:
Bassoon
Double Bass
Percussion
Trombone
General auditions will be held on Monday, August 17 and Monday, August 24, 2026, from 7:45–10:00 pm at the Atlas Performing Arts Center. To apply, fill out the form below.
Don't play one of these instruments, or can't make these dates? We hold auditions on a rolling basis throughout the year — use the same form, and we'll keep you in mind for the next opportunity.
PREPARE FOR YOUR AUDITION
Please prepare 2 contrasting selections:
A lyrical piece that demonstrates good musical style
A piece that showcases your technical ability
Each of the two selections should be at least five minutes long and should be a complete movement of a concerto, sonata or etude from which the audition proctors may choose a selection. Please bring with you copies of all music that you plan to play at the audition.
You will also be asked to sightread a piece of orchestral literature.
Please be prepared to play a selection for any auxiliary instrument that you can play.
Auditions last between 7 and 10 minutes.
REHEARSALS AND PERFORMANCES
Rehearsals and performances are usually held at the Atlas Performing Arts Center.
Rehearsals are usually on Thursday evenings, from 7:30-10:00 pm.
Most performances take place on Sundays.
Dress rehearsals are usually the Saturday of the concert weekend, from 10 am-1 pm.
